Our established and highly reputable team has years of experience acting for high-profile and wealthy individuals and professionals, as well as providing specialist trust advice for tax advisers and professional trustees.

Advising and liaising with a private family office in relation to their large family clients to include advising about the administration of the family trusts, the duties of the trustees and restructuring the trusts to fit with the family’s changing circumstances.
Non-UK domiciled planning
Advising non UK domiciled individuals about the UK residency and domicile rules and related tax planning.
Acting as a trustee
Acting as trustee of a number of client trusts, the high value ones between £100m and £700m.

Landed estates and farming partnerships
