New Building Control Regime webinar

Following the coming into force of new regulations under the Building Safety Act, we consider the practical issues arising from the new building control regime effective from 1 October 2023.
During the webinar we discuss:
- the changes to the building control regime for all buildings;
- the new competency requirements for, and duties of, contractors and designers;
- the new building control regime for higher-risk buildings, including the “golden thread”; and
- the consequences of failure to comply with the new regime.
